We guarantee a two hour response time, and carry out a full preventative maintenance at the start of the contract. We install system monitoring software that enables us to remotely detect and fix any issues that would lead to problems later if left undetected.

We offer a response initially by telephone within two working hours, followed up by remote support within four working hours or on site support within eight working hours if needed. We also use a dedicated priority support telephone number, so you're guaranteed to get a priority response. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. The cost covers all labour and call out charges however, hardware is a chargeable extra.


Asked Questions

We cover per user not per machine so both the laptop and desktop would be covered.

Maintenance contracts run for a minimum of twelve months.

We mainly support the Windows operating system.
